You can return any blend or blend collaboration colours within 14 days of purchase. We are unable to accept returns for colourblend purchases as these are made specifically to order.
If you need to return an item we recommend you opt for a tracked service with the courier of your choice. We do not have the facility to provide returns labels at this time. You should return your Blend paint unopened and in its original packaging. Couriers may not accept paint that isn’t bagged, inside its original box with the inserts on the top and bottom to keep the paint safe. This is recommended to avoid the paint becoming damaged or spilling on its return to us. We cannot accept returns or refund items that arrive back with us in a damaged or un-saleable state.
Please contact our team at [email protected] with your order number and a list of the items you’ll be returning to ensure we can refund you as soon as the items are back in our warehouse.
