For Northern Ireland and Scottish Islands, standard delivery is free on orders over £100.

Unfortunately we do not determine what is and is not a remote area, this is set by our couriers. If you are concerned about the delivery options available to you please get in touch and we will do our best to support.

We aim to keep you updated throughout the order process. You will receive an email to confirm shipment and then a text / email from our courier to confirm your delivery window and options.

Damages are very rare, but in the event this occurs, we will need images of the damaged box with the DPD label in clear view as well as the damage inside the box. This will enable us to deal with the damage as quickly as possible.
